    When will the order amount be debited from my credit card?

    RETURN POLICY

    You can return any item purchased on iris agate eStore within 7 days from the date of delivery by following the following instructions:

    • Complete the Return Online Form.
    • Make sure items are in their original state and all labels are attached. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the returned merchandise or refund you.
    • The products must be returned whole and not used in their original packaging.
    • The products must not have been worn, use, modified, washed or damaged.
    • Please note that you can not return or exchange custom products only for you.
